How to Build Your Custom Gift Box

You have complete creative freedom to act as the architect of your gift. Our custom creation pipeline is simple and fully integrated into our checkout system:
  • Select Your Products: Browse our store collections and add any combination of skincare or self care items directly to your cart.
  • Opt-In for Gifting: Once you proceed to your cart review page, check the box that says "Package as a Custom Gift Box".
  • Premium Gifting Service Fee: Please note that crafting a custom-curated arrangement requires specialized labor, structural velvet or satin inserts, and custom-sized external protective layers. Because of this dedicated craftsmanship, custom gift box orders carry a premium service fee that is higher than our regular standard packaging. This specific seasonal fee will calculate automatically at checkout based on the size of the items selected.


Our Free Gift Box Policy (Orders Over 5,000 TK)

We love celebrating generosity within our community. If you are putting together an extensive self care routine for someone special, or stocking up on multiple premium items, we are delighted to waive our premium packaging fees entirely:

🎁 Spend 5,000 TK or More: If your total order invoice value reaches 5,000 TK or above, you are automatically eligible for our Free Gift Box Policy.

  • Completely Optional: This service is provided upon request. If you need the luxury gift box packaging for your high-value order, simply check the "Include Free Gift Box Packaging" box at checkout, and the premium handling fee will drop to 0 TK automatically.
  • Automatic Split-Payments Apply: If any item inside your 5,000 TK gift box is a Pre-Order item, our system will still automatically calculate the standard 50% advance deposit for that specific item via ZiniPay, while keeping your gift packaging completely free.


Important Structural Rules & Limitations

To maintain operational efficiency and ensure your packages arrive in pristine condition, we enforce a few straightforward rules:

 

  • No Manual Modifications: We focus entirely on the perfection and uniformity of our signature brand presentation. We do not offer third-party modifications, custom ribbon color changes, or manual handwritten gift cards at this time.
  • Size & Capacity Restrictions: Our warehouse teams will select the optimal box size (Small, Medium, or Large) to fit your selected items beautifully. If you select too many items to fit safely into a single luxury box, our team will safely split the order into two neat gift boxes at no additional charge to you.
  • Mixed Orders (Gifting + Personal Use): If you are buying some items as a gift and some items for your personal skincare routine, please place two separate orders. Our warehouse team packages an entire order into the gift box framework if the option is selected; we cannot split a single order into partial gift packaging and partial regular packaging.


Shipping, Transit Security, & Logistics

To protect the pristine presentation of your luxury beauty care gesture across Bangladesh:
  • Double-Boxed Protection: We understand that a gift box must arrive flawless. Every custom gift box is wrapped in protective bubble armor and placed inside a secondary, rugged outer shipping carton. This ensures the premium inner gift box remains dent-free and scratch-free during transit.
  • Trusted Logistics: Deliveries are handled exclusively by our premium domestic partners, Steadfast and Pathao.
  • Rates & Timelines: Standard domestic shipping rates apply (60 TK inside Dhaka, 80 TK outside Dhaka). Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. We highly recommend ordering at least 5 days in advance of your special occasion to ensure timely arrival.
